This smoothie is perfect for a morning on the go. It’s has everything you need to keep you full and energized. Delicious and Nutritious!

Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 24 dates
  • 1 tbs peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbs flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 2 tbs Hemp seeds
  • 2 tbs cocoa nibs/ powder
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into your high speed blender (I used my vitamix).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour and Enjoy!

Notes

I like to use 1 cup water and 1 cup ice or if you dont have ice then just use frozen bananas to give it a nice chill.
