As a coach, I have the privilege of supporting women with their relationships to food, body, health, and beyond.
Eat Well + Feel Whole is my way of capturing all of the things that have helped me in my healing journey to now create an easy to follow, in-depth course to lead you on your own journey.
I, too, struggled with disordered eating, yo-yo-dieting, binges, daily anxiety, depression, crappy body image, and so much fear. I was overloaded with information on how to take care of my physical body, but had nothing on the mind and emotional part of myself.
Eat Well + Feel Whole was made to support women like me. It’s everything I’ve learned through the many years of being in the wellness space, each week is designed to take you into a deeper journey of awareness. Yes, we will look at food, but this is so much more than that. This encompasses what I call Whole-Body Wellness. Eat Well + Feel Whole is comprised of 6 core training modules.
We will explore what holds you back from embodying each area of focus and the underlying wounds that keep you stuck in the same patterns.

In this opening module, we’ll explore our connection to body + soul. This is the foundation upon which we will build; starting with reconnecting to the wisdom of our own bodies.
YOU will establish a new and trusting relationship with your bodies, one that feels authentic to your needs and goals.
We will learn to listen to your body’s signals, slowing down and tuning in to the subtle expression of your physical body. You will begin to discover how it reacts to certain foods, movements, and experiences.
The goal of this module is that you become the expert of your own body, so you never fall victim to the latest diet trends or fads. Instead, you will trust the wisdom of your own body first and foremost to help you create a lifestyle you love.

In this module, we’ll explore our connection to food + feelings. This will be where we focus on your emotional health. Exploring how we can use our emotions as a guidance system to navigate our needs. This will empower you to connect with your feelings instead of using food as a coping or avoiding mechanism.
YOU will learn the truth about emotional eating, so you can break unwanted patterns for good, and stop falling into the same traps time and time again.
You will learn to identify the difference between emotions and intuition, so you aren’t second-guessing yourself around food, but making empowered choices from a place of knowing.
The goal of this module is to cultivate an internal compass, so you can begin to truly listen instead of reacting to your emotions.

In this module, we’ll explore the topics of justice + diet culture. Unpacking the damage that diets have done to your relationship with food, and create awareness around the privileged health system.
YOU will start to really dismantle your beliefs around dieting, food, weight, and internalized fat-phobia.
Identifying your full power and truth, while honoring the power and truth of others so we may all experience justice.
The goal of this module is to bring to light how our society has shaped us and begin to let go of the hold it has so we maybe our whole selves.

In this module, we’ll explore our connection to eating + pleasure. This is where we talk about the connection to eating and pleasure both in life and in sex.
YOU will learn how sex is deeply rooted in our connection with food, body, and the ways we nourish ourselves. It’s about time we start talking about this!
You will understand the benefits of cultivating pleasure both on the plate and in the bedroom, so that you may create a healthier relationship with your whole self.
The goal of this module is to cultivate bodily autonomy so that you may reclaim ownership of your body and all the ways you choose to nourish it.

In this module, we’ll explore our relationship to health + boundaries. This is where we talk about the complexity of female anatomy and why boundaries are so important in creating the health you want.
YOU will learn how to find your own balance with food, so you never feel restricted or out of control again, but are free to make your own empowered choices.
Learning the foundation of gentle nutrition and the key principles of a healthy lifestyle, no counting, no strict rules, but incorporating all the foods you and your body need and love.
The goal of this module is to make peace with food and dismantle any dogma so that you are able to eat intuitively without judgment.

In this module, we’ll explore our relationship to cooking + connection. This is where you will begin to slow down and soften.
YOU will begin to understand a new way of connecting to yourself and learn the foundation of neuroplasticity as the ultimate tool for creating change.
Discovering intuitive cooking and create new habits that will encourage you to take responsibility for your health and wellness.
The goal of this module is to reconnect with your personal power and let go of any beliefs that hold you back from eating well + feeling whole.

I didn’t always have a good relationship with food, my body, or even life for that matter. In fact, I found myself with everything I thought made up a happy life. But internally I was lost, unfulfilled and dying to live by my own terms.
Once I realized that no amount of self-hatred would ever lead to self-love, I began to slowly change the narrative. I no longer looked to diets as my way to cope with the shame I felt, but instead looked deeper for the answers.
With years of consistent practice and dedication, I began to fall in love with tending to my whole self, not just in the areas of food but in all the ways we need nourishment.
Now I know what eating well + feeling whole actually means in my life. I want to give that to YOU!
