How to apply:
1 – Read over the program outline and make sure the content feels right to you in this season.
2 – Fill out the application between April 1st – April 5th, 2020. All applications before and after will not be considered. (Your personal information will not be shared with the public)
3 – Check your inbox Monday April 6th. I will email you if you are selected. If you do not get an email by 11am Monday the 6th you have not been selected.
What You Can Expect:
Eat Well + Feel Whole is comprised of 6 core training modules.
All course materials include video guides, workbooks, meditations and exercises to help you deepen into yourself and the content.
Click here for Module 1: Body + Soul
In this opening module, we’ll explore our connection to body + soul. This is the foundation upon which we will build; starting with reconnecting to the wisdom of our own bodies.
YOU will establish a new and trusting relationship with your bodies, one that feels authentic to your needs and goals.
We will learn to listen to your body’s signals, slowing down and tuning in to the subtle expression of your physical body. You will begin to discover how it reacts to certain foods, movements, and experiences.
The goal of this module is that you become the expert of your own body, so you never fall victim to the latest diet trends or fads. Instead, you will trust the wisdom of your own body first and foremost to help you create a lifestyle you love.

In this module, we’ll explore our connection to food + feelings. This will be where we focus on your emotional health. Exploring how we can use our emotions as a guidance system to navigate our needs. This will empower you to connect with your feelings instead of using food as a coping or avoiding mechanism.
Here YOU will learn the truth about emotional eating, when and why it shows up. You will learn a new way to honor your emotions without using food.
You will learn to identify the difference between emotional eating and intuitive eating, so you aren’t overthinking everything around food, but instead making empowered choices from a grounded place of knowing.
The goal of this module is to cultivate an internal compass, so you can begin to truly listen instead of reacting to your emotions.

In this module, we’ll explore our connection to eating + pleasure. This is where we talk about the connection to eating and pleasure both in life and in sex.
Here YOU will learn how sex is deeply rooted in our connection to our bodies, food and the ways we nourish ourselves.
It’s about time we start talking about this!
You will understand the health benefits of cultivating pleasure both on the plate and in the bedroom.
The goal of this module is to cultivate more awareness and safety in your own skin. Developing more bodily autonomy so that you may take ownership of your body and all the ways you choose to nourish it.

In this module, we’ll explore the topics of freedom + diet culture. Unpacking the damage that diets have done to your relationship with food, and create awareness around privileged health care.
Here YOU will start to really dismantle your beliefs around dieting, food, weight, and internalized fat-phobia.
You will identify your full power and truth while honoring the power and truth of others so we may all experience deeper freedom.
The goal of this module is to bring to light how our society has shaped us and begin to let go of the hold it has over us so we never diet again and instead create a new culture that allows for more inclusivity, autonomy, and consent.

In this module, we’ll explore our relationship to health + boundaries. This is where we talk about the complexity of female anatomy and why boundaries are so important in creating the health you want.
Here YOU will learn how to find your own balance with food, so you never feel restricted or out of control again, but are free to make your own empowered choices.
Learning the foundation of women’s health and nutrition, no counting, no strict rules, but incorporating all the foods you and your body need and love.
The goal of this module is to make peace with food and dismantle any dogma so that you are able to eat intuitively without judgment.

In this module, we’ll explore our relationship to cooking + connection. This is where you will begin to slow down and soften.
Here YOU will begin to understand a new way of connecting to yourself and learn the foundation of neuroplasticity as the ultimate tool for creating change.
Discovering intuitive cooking and create new habits that will encourage you to take responsibility for your health and wellness.
The goal of this module is to reconnect with your personal power and let go of any beliefs that hold you back from eating well + feeling whole.
I will be personally reviewing each entry and choose the one that feels most right for this round of the program. Please write from the heart, share your experience and just be you!
