This smoothie will fuel your body, keeping you full and energized. It’s super easy to make and great for the summer sun. High in antioxidant and fiber, a smoothie your whole body will love. Share with your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 23 banana
  • 1 pint of blueberries
  • 4 tbs hemp seeds
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup spinach (optional but highly recommended)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients into your high speed blender (I used my Blendtec or this one).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

I love using frozen berries and bananas to give it a nice chill, almost like a dessert. Perfect for the summer time!
