If you are a fan of hemp seeds, which I don’t know anyone who isn’t these days, you will enjoy this recipe. Lately, I’ve been adding hemp and chia seeds to all my smoothies. Just so I could get added protein and sustain energy through my busy day. I recommend giving them a try, especially if you are wanting extra protein, omega 3’s, and omega 6’s.

Blueberry Banana Bliss

This blueberry banana bliss smoothie is easy to make but it’s also delicious, satisfying, and filling.  Perfect for your morning, afternoon, or nighttime craving. I usually keep my blueberries in the freezer, so I can enjoy this recipe on a hot day. We get a lot of those here in Texas.
