Is it a challenge to prepare healthy food for you and/or your family? As a Private Chef  I offer Houston residents the opportunity to enjoy fresh, tasty, nutritious meals that are made with local organic ingredients and customized to your personal dietary needs.


I’m a BIG believer that simplicity is at the heart of a healthy diet and Nature has provided us with all the flavors, textures and variety we could ever ask for. As a vegan chef I love using those elements to create spectacular tasting meals. Each week I put together a new menu for you to try! Giving you a variety of plant-based whole food ingredients that will improve your well-being and nourish you from the inside out.

How It Works

  1. Place your order.
  2. I will then send you a confirmation and invoice, payment is done via PayPal prior to your pickup.
  3. Arrive to pick up your food at the pickup location specified.
  4. For first time customers, all meals come package in biodegradable paper ware for sustainability & convenience. After pickup, return home and store your food in your fridge/freezer.
  5. At dinner time, grab a meal out of the fridge/freezer, warm, serve and enjoy your healthy meal.
  6. If you like the food, Become A Member and order again!

Q. What kind of meals can I expect?

A. All of our meals are homemade with the finest ingredients. Your meals will be a perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat with limited salt and sugar – and are 100% delicious! Expect a variety of beans, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and delectable herbs and spices.

Our meals are inspired by dishes from all over the world so your taste buds never get tired of the same old flavors. Since variety is the spice of life, you won’t see the same meal twice in a month.

*All of the meals are 100% dairy free, gluten-free, free of refine sugars, whole foods plant-based and non-GMO. Locally source and organic when possible. Grain free, and nut-free can be accommodated. 

Q. When do I pickup my order?

A. We work one week ahead, so plan to pick up your meals the week after you made your order.

Q. How are your meals packaged?

A. All of our first time orders are packaged in recyclable biodegradable paper containers. 

For our Members Only we offer reusable glass containers to helps to lower our waste. We thrive to create deliver delicious natural foods, always in a socially and environmentally responsible way.


Q. What should I do with my containers?

A. All of our firs time order will be packaged in recyclable biodegradable paper-ware. After you have enjoyed your meal simply throw it your recycle bit. 

If you are a member and are using our reusable glassware, be sure to bring them when picking up your next order. 

Q. How should I warm up my meals?

A: We believe that mealtime should be a time to slow down and focus on eating. We suggest that you take your meal out of the container and heat it on the stovetop, an oven or toaster oven. Once warmed through to desired temperature, plate your meal and sit down to enjoy it. We are big advocates of mindful eating, so really take the time to pay attention to what you’re eating and noticing when you are full.

Of course, you can microwave a meal in its container but we still suggest you plate the meal and sit down to enjoy it. Bon appétit!

Q. Can kids eat the meals too?

A. Not only are the meals from our Vegan Meal Delivery perfectly safe for kids, but our children enjoy them as well! Depending on the age of your child, you may want to split the meal to create a smaller portion. As with any dietary modifications, we recommend that you check with your physician or primary health care provider first.

Q. Can you accommodate allergies and/or intolerances?

A: We plan our menus to allow easy accommodations. All our meals come naturally free of eggs, dairy and gluten.

In case there’s an ingredient that isn’t your cup o’ tea in the dish, we can usually alter the meal by substituting it for more of another component. If the ingredient in question is an integral part of the meal and we are unable to avoid it, we’ll simply remove that meal from your order and replace it with a duplicate of another dish you selected.

Q. How many calories are in your meals?

A: Our goal is to get you out of the mindset of calorie counting and into the mindset of “what is healthy for me?” If your focus is on eating clean, healthy plant-based meals, you will notice that you feel completely satisfied after a meal and that your body weight will return to a weight that is good for you. 

All of our meals are designed to be a perfect balance of nutrients including vitamins, minerals and antioxidants so that you finish your meal feeling satiated and energized.

Q. How do I pay?

A. After submitting your order you should receive an invoice via PayPal. We prefer you pay us through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal then we also take cash. 

Q. Am I getting enough protein from your meals?

A: Yes! There is a common myth that you cannot get enough protein from a vegan diet. In reality, eating a variety of beans, nuts, seeds and grains will give your body the protein it needs to keep energy levels up to build and keep muscle tone.

Many people don’t realize that every food contains a bit of protein (even vegetables and fruit), so when you eat a healthy, balanced plant-based diet (like our meals) you’ll be getting protein from every fruit, vegetable, nut, seed, grain, and leafy greens.

Q. Is there a minimum order?

A. Yes, we request that all customers make a minimum order of $60.
